Come one, come all.............no rules super sober Sunday June 28th 2015

I'd like to see a very big SHOUT OUT here from members who have been here a while, those just starting out again and those just starting out for the very first time. Its the day of the week that that you can say......................

Remember each and every one of us here started with a day one, which became a day two, then a week, then a month and then .............to infinity and beyond.

SHOUT IT LOUD AND PROUD AND STAY STRONG AND KEEP THINKING POSITIVE ONE AND ALL LET'S GIVE OUR BEST TOGETHER .

So don't be shy and give it a try...........

Let the time and date calender take the strain from your brain when you're counting...............http://www.timeanddate.com/date/duration.html

For me its 2182 days from the start date to the end date or 5 years, 11 months, 21 days excluding the end date.............to be continued :happy2:

Or 5 years, 11 months, 21 days excluding the end date
It could be worse, I could be filing.

    Congrats on the days JackieC

I don't need a calendar to count - Day 3 again for me today but it's better than 0 and I am being accountable again, it WILL be Day 10 next Sunday

There will come a time when you believe everything is finished. That will be the beginning.

Another month completed this week, just two months short of three years. In June three years ago I started the fight against alcohol again with vigor, I had enough! It is a process, the learning curve takes time, seven years since I joined this site, learning all the while. I started my retirement last week, I'm confident that I will continue to fill my days with everything BUT alcohol.
My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

Another week for me as well..
Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. It's accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...
Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.
Friendship is not about how many friends you have or who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you", and proved it.
