Evening army oh that's sounds wonderful Molly I haven't been to Donegol yet. Busy day here giving the place a good clean before I head off tomorrow evening. Have some stuff to iron and then i'm just about done. A visit to the library to bring back books and a few last minute bits. Just chilling before I tackle the ironing but its not much.

Fab day at the addiction place........all appointments attended and SMART meeting heaving.............well there were more than 6 which on a day when its hissing down is a near miracle. Most of them in good form too.

Oh forgot to say hi to Techi. Yep its tomorrow at 10pm we fly via Dubai then Phukett. Can't believe it. Most likely hit me more when i'm checked in and boarding the plane. Just hoping not drinking won't be a problem I will be taking my ab its my first time on holiday being af but i'll have some books and I think i'll gey a big book of crossword puzzles etc it will pass time at the airport and for the hotel/beach/pool. Any advice/help welcome from anyone who done holidays abroad af. I know Satz has done it a few times now.
