Hey all. Can I perch? Cowboy suggested I pop in as you ladies are in the same time zone as me. In in the UK.
Been trying to fight this binge drinking for a long time. Relapsed after a few years off and two pregnancies. Last one being 10m ago. I really want to be back on track. I'm getting stretches of AF days and then back to the bottle. Generally a wine drinker I can go days without and then hit the bottle hard. as if making up for time.

I don't know where to start this quit after so many failed Day1's. I know counting days having the right mental space and millions of other things in place helps me. It just takes a few of those thing to be out of whack and I'm opening that bottle.

I'll stop bab lying. Haven't read back on the thread so I'll target that for today. 2 kids under 5 means I have fleeting minutes to catch up during the day!

Morning Whizzy and welcome minstar. I too was a binge drinker and serial relapser so taking it odat and hoping this I have got it and can stay off the demon drink. Yeah i'm more or less settled back now and have to start catching up on house and garden work which i'm in no mood for but i'll get there lol.
