Good morning. I did read back just a bit. So much going on.
Dottie, you have definitely got a soap opera going on there.
Nora, I have to agree, you are doing so well! You go girl.
Mama, so sorry about nana. That is frustrating, they can't find anything. Hang in there.
Fen, i don't understand why a parent would put there kid through that? That's so traumatic. I think a private lesson is a good idea.
Didn't check in yesterday. Went to a Jets football game right after work. We tailgated. It was a lot of fun. Got home late. It was such a beautiful evening to be out.
Nothing on the agenda today, which isn't good. Hubby and CJ went to do some work at the boyfriends house.

Morning all..
Liz - hang in there. I'm glad you had fun yesterday.
I wish I liked coffee! It smells so good but I don't like the taste.
We are heading down to Carlsbad. I'm not taking my computer so will touch base on my phone. I am so glad that I took the AB this week. Good planning.
Hope everyone had a wonderful day. I'll be home tomorrow.
PS - Pauly I hope you feel better!"Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me.".....Carol Burnett

Liz, the game sounded like fun. What work is going on at the boyfriend's house?
See you tomorrow, Nora. Have fun!
Dottie, I think I'll have to make a chart of all your suitors in order to keep them straight!
Still trying to determine if my issue is allergies, a cold, or perhaps a reaction to the chlorine in the pool at the Y.

Hello Loves. I went to work at 7 yesterday and got ready for a week away. Then I had to drive to St Augustine (1 hour south) for the company picnic. I was irritated that I had to go and was really stressing about all I have to do, but I got there and , sorry, had some beer, and then said WTF and decided to have fun. We had a blast, but it was hot as hell. I was fine to drive home, took a shower and go to bed.
Nana seems better. her speech is not slurred any more, but she is feeling very anxious and doesn't understand why. The doc gave a baby dose of some Xanax and that made her loopy. I called her today and told her that it's normal to be anxious with all that she is going through and to take a half a Xanax and see how she felt. I called later and she is fine.
Clay wants to cook his famous chili for her for our Sunday dinner tomorrow. I love that child so much.
So - despite all my bitching about working my ass off and being stressed, I have to remember to be grateful that I have a job and a beautiful family.
Good on you for the AB, Nora.
Fen and Pauly - my doc has me taking Mucinex (the 1200 mg of gausjhfwifbkjncksajdpwefewfnsen) Flonase and a Claritin. I feel much better if that helps.
Dottie - you go girl. If life gets too complicated get a BOB!!! It will simplify your life. Sorry if I offend.
I am going to flop for a but and then have date night. Since I am gone so much, they are extra special.
I am at budget camp all next week, and Atlanta the week after that, and I will try to stay in touch.
I love you all and my heart is hurting for you Fennel.
Hugs Lizz and anyone else I did not mention.I love my family more than alcohol.:h

Thanks, Mama. I never thought divorce would happen to me. I thought Mrs. Fen would love me forever. How wrong I was!
I have to say, something funny happened tonight. Mrs. Fen intercepted a piece of mail for me from an address on a street near here, by a woman she's never heard of. She sent me a pic of the letter. I googled the address and it's the address of a Kingdom Hall near here. Jehovah's witnesses apparently witness by mail these days! She was convinced that I'd taken up with some hussy. :welldone:
I did manage to convince her that I was still celibate, probably for the rest of my freaking life. It cracked me up, though.
I'm glad Nana is doing better. I think the tranquilizer is a good thing for the time being. She must be so scared by all that has happened lately.
I hope you are all doing well this evening.

Morning all,
Was crazy busy yesterday. Going to be the same today. Wont be back on line until much later tonight.
Men folk are crazy. Dave wants dates with benefits but no relationship. Jerry wants a relationship but the benefits are not in good working order...Paul not sure what he wants or if the parts work....holy crap...
mama maybe a BOB would be easier....LOL

Dottie,
You've given me my laugh for the morning. Hope everyone is good this fine Sunday morning. Sure does feel good to not wake up with poor sleep, possible hangover from Saturday night. Not drinking certainly has it's benefits!

God didn't give you the strength to get back on your feet, so that you can run back to the same thing that knocked you down.

LOL! I had to look up BOB in the urban dictionary. You're too hip, mama!
Dottie, maybe you need to go younger...at our age, the "parts" of our romantic counterparts are not always in working order. I definitely would not be interested in Dave's suggestion. The nerve!
Liz, that cracked me up about the witnessing via the mail. Maybe it's too dangerous to go door to door these days. I forgot how jealous Mrs. Fen can be!
Mama, I'm glad Nana is doing better. I wonder what's going on, though? I'm assuming they did a brain scan on her? Just odd!
Addy, I'll p.m. you the definition of BOB...

Dottie, your synopsis of the gentlemen in your life is very entertaining! Thanks for the smile.
Fen, I once heard a comedian talk about JEhovahs witness. Apparently only 144,000 people willbe going to heaven. Isnt this something you would want to keep quiet?
Off to Skype with Mark! Check in later.

JWs also don't believe in birthday celebrations, so Christmas is not a holiday they celebrate.
You know, maybe I should date a JW. Mrs. Fen's family had booze fueled over-the-top Christmas celebrations that went on for hours. It was like a competition for gift giving and there was always a twenty foot radius of gifts around the tree, which made me crazy...especially since we could only open one gift at a time, one person at a time! Once, we didn't get out of there until 12:30 a.m. I am not going to miss that.
