Ahh Shams, that's awful.
Now then I'm going to suggest something but with it being a bank holiday........most if not all the alcohol services are closed apart from AA.

Although I don't go to AA when I've contacted them in depths of despair ..............they didn't force me to meetings or beat me around the head with the Big Book....just kindness and understanding...if it hadn't been for AA I wouldn't have know it was dangerous to stop cold turkey.
