Morning army and well on 40 days Mary today I am 61. I thought I was more but I relapsed after my poor 3 yr old white fur baby kitty had to get put down. This used to be the time I was very prone to relapse so nest hurdle reach day 90. I'm more determined to protect my quit this time around I haven't got another in me. Keep me a slice of cake for later lol. Aldii for shopping this morning and usual bills at post office and weekly credit union payment. Got a very bad nose bleed yesterday that lasted over 3 hrs on and off. I nearly went to local hospital but lucky it stopped but was scary as I never had it that bad. Its ok now if a bit sore. bit sensitive from the sinius probs and blowing it. Any more probs with it i'll get to GP but hopefull won't happen again or as bad. :egad:

just back form work and am having yogurt.

consultants appointment today. an appointment at the consultants surgery anyway. today is the last day of being fobbed off.

persistent nosebleeds can be scary. a tip from a nurse was ice it. cover the ice to prevent iceburns though.

Glitzy, 61, that seems very far off to me! Are you prone to nose bleeds? Don’t think Ive ever had one either. Might be worth getting it checked out, just pop into a pharmacy, they have those little rooms now.. just in case.
Muesli and yogurt now – my staple. On occasion, I add a banana, thats me living on the edge.
