Evening all just watching celeb bit bro. Got my hair trimmed and coloured earlier my regular hairdresser came at 5 and did a lovely job as usual. I'm growing out my bob to a shoulder style so a bit more to grow down. Feeling tired as well just vegging on the couch. I had banana with alpro almond soya yogourt after dinner. Yummy.:banana-computer:

Morning Molly and all to come. wishing Jilly a safe flight and a good trip to Canada. So is she staying in Ireland for the foreseeable future? Off to the library today and will get an AA meeting in at some time today either lunchtime or evening. Getting chilly in the morning and evening winter is on the way.

Good morning all. Great news that Jilly is coming back to Ireland seems a very wise and sensible decision, she just has to get over this hurdle and hassle of sorting stuff out in Toronto. Still it should soon be over and she will be back with you.
Mr A enjoying his sobriety while we out at friends last night they offered him a drink of wine I jumped in and said he is not allowed for medical reasons and he wasn't even bothered! He was always able to have just one glass, I reckon he would never have developed a problem and therefore the raised liver function test was likely to be his drinking his and my share of wine each day on holiday.

Medication & I know I saw a programme once about processed food etc having bad effect on the liver as it tries to process it ....
