Evening army. Shams I did cold turkey as well and never tapered so don't have any more advice if some can can find the tapering tread it may be of more help. Symtons lasted bout 3 days for me with appetite slowly returning. Hope you start to feel better soon. Just watching tv here too lazy to do housework I just did some hovering and put out washing earlier forgetting it was to be a showery day.
