Getting lots of attention from Viola and fellow cyclists. I have realized that thoughts and prayers do not help. You know what helps? Help.

if I am honest I am mostly on only to say racked up 6 yrs sober yesterday.

the kids are doing great enjoying school and all. reading and spelling simple words.

Hello lovelies! bit like Aspy I haven't popped in for a bit so thought I would tonight. It's good to see you Startypants. You and Tip starting the Army thread each day was one of my highlights when I was first here.

And Aspy! Congrats matey and how good re the kidlettes! I had my four year anniversary (always chasing you!) on the 1st of this month and life is good with the Lamp and the locusts. Better than good, I remind myself every day when I wake up without feeling like crap. Only way is up :-)

Ah! I'm just sneaking around spying on you actually!
And by the way love, we have all felt like that my love. Just hopeless and despairing of life ever being any different.
But it will be.
I don't spend as much time on here any more, but always make a point of dropping in. Part of the 'more time in the real world' initiative. But I will pop in more often to see how you are getting on. I remember how helpful and lovely you were to me when I first arrived here in a mess.
