Fenny, my love, I am so sorry. We just put Lucky Cat down a few months ago and when he was gone I held him for hours and cried and cried.

I am up at 6:30, driving an hour to the properties, training all day, prepping for training for the next day till about 7, driving back to the hotel and finding a place to eat, discussing the day with my team, and falling into bed around 10. It's non-stop, but I am learning a lot and I really like my "cohort" that I travel with. She's a techie, and helps my as I am "technologically challenged", and I am the sales person, motivator, drink the koolaid part of the team. She is VERY anal about things, which makes me nuts, but we laugh about it and manage.
I need to get down to the lobby.
I am thinking of you all and sending extra love to you Fen. You have been in my thoughts constantly. xo

Headed to the cafe with Mark today, then picking up some things for his party on Monday.

Morning all
Took the dogs out this morning and saw them all bunched up at the corner of the gazebo. Well there was a little chipmunk stuck in the hole of a brick . All I could see was his little hiney. So I got my gloves and a trowel and pried the brick out and pushed the little fellow out of the hole. Picked him up and carried him to the back of the yard and let him go on the other side of the fence. He seemed OK and ran off. What a way to start the day.
Off to go bra shopping then who knows what else. The menfolk are getting on my nerves again. sigh.....

Dottie - glad you were able to save the chipmunk! So, why are the menfolk bugging you again?

Kitty passed away at about 11:30 today. I think she actually died a few minutes after the initial anesthetizing shot. She was just a little bit over five pounds, so it didn't take much. Vet gave the euthanizing shot a few minutes later, just to make certain. All Booty knew at the end was that her pain was gone and both her moms were fussing over her. We donated her meds and food to the Humane Society...the vet said she would deliver them.

We are having her cremated at a memorial pet place and J will get a clay paw print of Booty's from them. While J was upstairs getting the cat, I told the vet we were divorcing and she made a polymer clay pawprint for me to bake here at home. I went to Michael's today and purchased J and I two little ornament stands for them. I was surprised to find them, because they usually are only out at Christmas time.

Just so sad, but little cat was hurting.

Thanks, Pauly and SKendall...yes, she's not hurting now. It was an honor to have both she and her mama in our lives for so many years. Maybe someday I'll get another kitty or doggie to be my companion.

Morning all,Liz,what happened at the meeting? I'm still sick!pretty sure its an ear infection, clinic can't get me in cuz its too busy cuz of the holiday weekend, grrr,so I'm taking leftover antibiotics from my last ear infection, I know,I know a big no no,but I'm over this shit! I've been living on dayquil,allegra, nasacort,acv,turmeric,steaming,I just can't shake this,I'm starting to wonder if I'm allergic to the cats but then I realize that I'veaalways had this,plus its been windy as hell,Fen,you doing ok?
