Skendall, so sorry about the drama. How the heck did you get involved? Glad the doggie play date went well after the shedding comment. Just saying, I would've never mentioned it.

Fen, sorry you are in a little bit of a funk. Sadly, when I am down I feel better when I shop. You probably don't enjoy it as much as me, but I feel better if I buy something.
Dottie, you really do enjoy the bike. Hubby borrowed one for a week once early in our relationship and I hated it. I was just afraid of an accident and such.
Rusty, you certainly know how to keep yourself entertained! Yes I miss the pool. It's cool and cloudy here today, ugh! Mark and I are just fine. He is happy when I don't drink, so I won't drink.
Mama, hope the interview does happen today and it works in your favor whatever happens. Keep us posted?
No plans for the weekend. Perhaps I shall clean something. Definitely will be on the treadmill today. Just got off the phone with my mom. We don't talk as often as we used to. We would be on the phone everyday. They are just slowing down. Mom and Dad are celebrating their 61st wedding anniversary! They spent the week in Lancaster PA, because it reminds them of "back home" (they are both german immigrants).

Hey all,I agree Liz that I wouldn't have said anything about the shedding either, kinda bitchy if you ask me,do not feel like working today,grrrr,me and Bobbi went to Olive Garden yesterday and I had a chicken Parmesan breadstick bun sandwich, it was good,then I splurged on a $8 piece of chocolate cake, gotta knock that off!! But its still cheaper than booze so that's a plus hope everyone has a lovely Saturday and I hope I can get through the day without strangling someone haha

SKendall, that sucks about your neighbor! I hate to complain, but I'm getting tired of living in my friend's basement. I mentioned it to Mrs. Fen and she said we could use the line of credit we have on the condo to get me a place, but I think I should tough it out for a bit longer. I wish somebody would buy the cabin right now!

I'm guessing that a "chug" is a chihuahua/pug mix? Sounds cute!

Morning all,
Went dancing last night and the men there are really good dancers. I need to step up my game a bit...LOL
Going to put signs out for our train event today them meet my friend and start moving things..I doubt we will get through the day without a good cry...supposed to have a date tonight with a new guy. He is retired and lives a little closer to me. We shall see.

Fen I hope the cabin sells ASAP too! I can see why living in a basement could get old. I need windows! CJ always has her blinds drawn. Makes me crazy, I need light!

Managed to keep busy today. Went shopping with my sister and we had a lot fun and laughs. Then dinner with my boys. Hubs and I are just chilling now.

Darn it mama! I feel really bad for you.

I'm jealous of your family members lunches. Daughter is in Texas and sister is in Toronto. I do have a friend here in the complex, She doesn't have a car so I've been driving her to dr. appts. etc. Solved that problem yesterday and put her on my insurance for about $20.00/yr.

Made another friend I can have lunch with.

Sunny and cool again today. Don't forget the super moon eclipse tonight.

Hey all,hope everyone is having a nice Sunday,lazy one for me,groceries done already, exercise done,2 loads of laundry done,now I can lounge even though the house is MESSY! But Louie will be by Ina bit and he's the reason its a disaster, I had it nice Friday but we watched him yesterday so its wrecked, hard to relax in a mess but whatevs,still the 98's to 100's here so I'm gonna make hubs grill chicken later,I bought some huge potatoes to bake I haven't had those forever, peace to all

Happy Sunday everyone. Had a nice day yesterday and I stayed up until 3:00. Never did that when I was drinking. :rotlf: So, I slept in until almost 11:00. It's only in the high 80's today (hopefully).
We need to take down the book shelf in the hallway. Mom's walker won't fit. Trying to look around at little hazards so that it will be safe for her.

Mama - how about the leak? Sorry that the job didn't sound good.

Pauly - that's what little boys are for. To make your house a mess. LOL Baked potatoes sound wonderful.

Dottie - not sure how you could look up these guys. Would be a good idea though!

Liz - you have any big plans for the day?

SK - I have been going back trying to remember what is going on with you. I know that you are getting a divorce and trying to sell the house. But, I don't understand why ex-hubs gets to live in your home while you have to live in low income housing??? Do you only have one daughter? She lives in the states?
Anyway, you are such a positive energy here and I thank you. :hug:
