Worked out, showered, went to a meeting, picked up artisanal chocolates for Mrs. Fen's HR lady who will be helping me construct my resume free of charge tomorrow, took mom mall walking, did some grocery shopping for her and took her for a faux road test, as she has hers tomorrow morning. I think she drives just fine, but I am worried she will get a case of nerves. She's never gone through a road test. I prepped her the best I could. Showed her how to do a "Y" turn, showed her how to faux parallel park- but she wouldn't try that. I hope the test person shows her some mercy.

I went to the house to pick up some art supplies and had to search, as Mrs. Fen has all my crap in boxes. She had the gall to put my last year's b-day card from her on my desk! My heart ached when I opened it. I then unceremoniously placed it in her recycling bin, out of her view. Don't want to be passive/aggressive. She won't know it's being disposed of this week and I won't have to look at it ever again.

I am here...just tired and trying to figure out this travelling mess...I hate it
I am kind of down, but nothing serious.
Just walked in, so gonna eat, watch some Netflix and go to bed.
I worked 68 hours last week....wah, wah

Woke up with a bad cold and temp today, my neighbor has the same thing but she's going to bed for the day. Can't say I feel that bad. My car is a write-off, so will have to go car shopping, which I hate, but it has to be done.

I spent 7 hours working on a mind numbing Excel program, then doing a mail merge...have I said I HATE IT??

Fen....American Horror Story is a cheesy show on Netflix. Jessica Lange is in it and it's not that good, but it is mind numbing and helps me go to sleep.

I am home for the rest of the week! I had an audit that was supposed to end at noon today but we got done at 5:30 last night. YIPPEEEEE!! I have a long task list of business things that did NOT get done last week...so I better finish them this time around. Hahaha!

Nora-I know you're always glad when audits get done early. My sweet client said, "Rusty, we would really like it if you could get done today, and I said..."but you still have to pay for the other 1/2 day of the audit time," and my client said, "WE DON'T CARE!!" Hahaha. Hey, Nora, thanks for giving us an update on Kradle. That is fantastic that she is almost 1 year AF. I always liked her.

Skendall-feel better soon! So sorry to hear about the car. I HATE car shopping...and it's because car salesmen drive me crazy! Can't stand them. OOhhhh yes, Justin Trudeau. Great eye candy.

Fen-how did your Mom do on the road test?

Mama-I hate Excel. YUCK! Wow, this job has come with a HUGE price tag. Ask for a big raise at your evaluation.
