    Way to go, hoping. You are taking your power BACK from alcohol by taking control of it on your terms.

    I love that idea of leaving your ego at the door - open your heart to finding a way to stay sober for good. You won't regret it.

      Hoping-I think it is a VERY good sign that your husband is paying for your treatment. If he didn't believe in your chances of recovery and being the fantastic mother you can be, then I don't think he would offer to pay for it. The key words you said, "you are ready." Good for you! There are many people here at MWO who would welcome the chance to go to rehab, but can't afford it...especially a NON 12-step program. Once you have finished your treatment, the help and support you could give others here will be invaluable. Please, please, post more when you can. We care.
