Sure I'll be filling you in over the next couple of days with the gory details...right now I'm dropping off every two hours or so and just going with it....like I say feels like flu, but the scary stuff is lessening day by day. So glad to be back x

Evening army tired and have a headache here and out of painkillers till tomorrow I forgot to buy some but I have a script to collect from my gp's surgery tomorrow. Might head to bed early. don't like taking pills only when I need to. Hi Shams good to see you again and I hope you are ok and not ill again. Just climb back on the wagon and keep posting I had so many slips since I started my sober journey. I had some cravings the past few days but after getting this far I can't throw it away I think that's what keeps me going. the thoughts of going back to the dark place of sickness hangovers and covering up etc. Jeez I have some stories to tell too some good some bad and funny times that stopped being fun. I won't go on lol. Just glad to be sober and getting my life back on track. Not sure how many days exact yet but I mark them off at night on my calendar and i'm nearly 4 months now.

Bizarre dream of the week..........although Jenny's not getting married for yonks, I dreamt my cousin with the dreadful wife turned up in a tug boat and insisted we have the ceremony on the quayside............I hadn't even had cheese before bed.

Hi army....had a foockin busy one (well, busy for me atm)....bloods done, another visit to the d&a team...get this for a strategy....I found a hotdog stall which does the BEST hotdogs right next door to the team...so when things get scary...I imagine that chewy bun...that chilli sauce...sure gets one foot in front of the other:victorious:
Plan sorted for the evening....sleep, macaroni and cheese and breaking bad and that's enough for me right now.

Evening army and well done Mary on 90 days great progress oh and lovely cakes go nice with me coffee now. Just in from a trip to Dublin city. Was doing leaflets on fur farms for animal rights then got the rest of my shopping done in Aldi and Tesco on Parnell st. Went for a browse around Stephan's green mall and I got a lovely pair of green stone stud earings for 6e. Nackerd now always am when I get home from the city. Hi Shams be gentle on yourself and get some rest and enjoy your evening. Never liked hotdogs don't the taste and texture. Watching Judge Judy and chilling.
