I haven't read back yet. I think I need to read the stories that Pauly is talking about. Yesterday - some crazy thoughts were going on in my brain. :waaaa::waaaa: Luckily not close enough to being serious that it's an issue but enough that I am sticking close.

Zorsted here as well..........I had to walk all the way to Tesco, then knit a few rows, watch an episode of Rome and only managed a half hour nanna nap and the very thought of running the hoover round tomorrow is leaving me breathless.

Wise words from Molly and jc. Tired here too only went to the library this afternoon and did very little apart from that. I really hope that the chatterbox al voice will disappear in time of just become a faint whisper on the wind. Lol getting very poetic here it just came out of the blue lol. Cravings ? There is no physical craving at this stage. All in yisser heads.
Halloween indeed - that is for kids and not an excuse.
Re-group immediately and I want to see yiz all lined up outside the barracks for inspection by Comdt. JC in the morning .

In the meantime :
Think it through to the end.
Think what that drink will do........ we are not normal drinkers.....
Do you really want to be that saddo again?
That no-one listens to - has no respect for - all for the sake of a drink?
