Good Starty, had a little run earlier , keeps my head together, have to do the food shop too. Have you running/walking much? You did a marathon, so Im in awe!
Mr M stopped buying wine when I started this quit, but thats gone my the wayside now. I dont mind the beer, but the wine winks at me on occasion.
Molly told me to shop early at the beginning, that did work, although you must have been out early?AF - July 19th 2015 :happy2:

Afternoon army and good news on the wedding Jc a good excuse to buy a new outfit hat or else dig out nice hasn't been worn in a while. Any one any plans for tonight? I don't rally celebrate and Halloween past would have a good excuse for drinking. There is a house near me which has a haunted house of horrors for charity every year. it was shown on Ireland am yesterday morning and the guy Ken does an amazing job and gives the donations to charity which this year is Debra. anyone is welcome to come and as I said he doesn't charge but if you a small donation its all for charity. I went last night and took a few pics its awesome lots of stuff that looks real. I'll try put some pics up on fb but my bloody new camera is giving hassle to put pics on it to the laptop but I'll try later. No trick or treat stuff I may go to Tesco later and see what I can get. I may get a few kids. Not a big fan of Halloween but I seem to have a bit in to the spirit of uts this year pardon the pun. May be a scary movie on tv later oh and make the cats are in too dangerous for them with banger fire works etc. Wel best get showered and off my ass and out the door. The walk will do me good at least.
