I cant do anything that involves skill or coordination and Im not terribly competitive - one foot on front of the other, that's all.
Your probably super fit from the gym, youd do the couch to 5k in no time. then park runs..

Well, day one is done and day 2 is looking promising. Molly thanks for asking what happened. I will do a post when I have more time as I think it will help me understand better too.

One of the things that I have been doing is socialising with a lot of heavy drinkers which is not good obviously. So in order to avoid that this week I have taken Friday off work so I am not led into temptation
