Hello Army,on day 6 after this latest mess,the,wwithdrawal this time is yuck! I haven't drank as much as I did since May so I guess I got cocky thinking I could recover easy,its never worth it,sounds like everyone is doing good Jackie,what does your signature mean? I've always wondered,have a blessed day peeps

It could be worse, I could be filing...............comes from way back when I was talking to Mr JC............must have been when I was a few weeks AF and feeling very antsy...........he asked if there was anything worse than feeling like I did and I said.............filing. I used to work in a bank and it was a never ending task and I loathed it more than anything else in the entire universe.

Evening army had a nice afternoon in Bridgewater sc Arklow. Did some shopping in Aldi and had a coffee and scone in the waterfront café. Spent too I went to TX Maxx just to look around but got a lovely pair of Tommy Hilfiger jeans for 40e that worth 198e and a nice patterned for 17e so happy with that. Bills to pay tomorrow but got nearly of the shopping in so i'll manage lol. My feet and back are sore tho so just going to chill for the evening. Hey sham don't worry its a tough journey jaysus u had so day 1's, binges, back on the wagon etc but don't quit quiting. May be ask your gp bout antibuse i'm still on it and it does help to be accountable or be really sick if you drink on it. I plan to stay on it for another few months to get over a few humps and then just have some for risky times like holiday xmas etc. May be Starty too its just a suggestion and its not for everyone but may be of some help.

Yes Glitzy - I used AB like that and it got me over some dodgy times in the first year of 'firsts' .
Day to day was ok - but holidays, parties , weddings, long weekends it was a Godsend.
Someone on here told me it stayed in system for 7 days - so I just took one and was afraid to drink for 7 days - it worked.

Ahh molly I hope you feel better soon get to bed early. I try have a few painkillers on hand as I get sinuis type headaches now and then. Does no one nearby have some?
