Have not watched it either Sunny - the idea of period drama's puts me off, which is stupid as so many of them have great reviews.
Watching Line of Duty, another British detective series. I'm predictable.

The protectors looks good Molly, might line it up.

Watched the first couple of series of Downton and Midwife sort of drifted off. Love Line of Duty.

Homeland is still cracking, River is marvellous, Unforgotten opening up nicely.

Can't wait for the new Peaky Blinders.

They're not as gentle as Midwife or Downton..........bit more err gritty and violent.

Well, my first sober weekend in a while. And yesterday was FAB i tell ya, FAB. Met a friend for coffee, bought some cracking boots, did not have to rush hone for a drink, took the dogs out on a decent walk. All these little things to appreciate a sober life. Loved it.

Thanks Satzy. I am a stubborn cow at times. There was drama in me head but once the decision was made then I just knew I had to get on with it. I KNOW there will still be tough times and hurdles. BUT I feel more positive not drinking than any time that I was.

Isn't it weird that we use booze to feel good but it really doesn't work ultimately. The first few drinks are OK but the nightmare is only just beginning really
