Marning Mollers, things are good yeah, just plodding on. I got ethical approval to run my experiment at uni, so I can advertise the study soon which i'm pleased about it's exploring self-deprecating humour (taking the piss out of ones self, lol), its a good subject to study

3am's --- but I still have them --- I still waken at or around that time most nights -- but it's a lovely waking --- I nearly feel cheated the nights I actually sleep through tbh......

Now if I was to go all 'airy fairy' I'd tell you that is your inner being at it's best and wanting to connect. Concentrate on all your desires precisely at that time.

Just reading your signature Pinks - I love people who make me laugh too. In fact people who don't and who take life too seriously bore me to tears. Doesn't need to be roll around funny - they may not even be feeling happy - but just a turn of phrase or facial expression can do it.
Even more true now I'm AF not to take life too seriously .

Yes I am feeling a lot better, still suffering some cravings this morning. Morning seems to be the hardest time for me.....BUT I have been out for a long walk n the sunshine, chatting to folk and generally enjoying myself. I am meeting my friend for coffee later.

Just wish the feckin cravings would do one !
