      Morning lovelies,
Had my first AF Chrimbo back in 2004 and couldn't believe how much fun Christmas can actually be. Trouble is 2005 to 2008 is a bit of blur.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Morning army woke up to bright sunshine for a change and its mild too. I'm scared of where the first drink will take so that's whats keeping me sober now. I had my first af Christmas last December. I got throught it ok but after dinner when the drinking really started was a bit tough and everyone was getting merry talking laughing etc. It was a hard to join in and wanted a few glasses of wine and the buzz etc but I stuck with my soft drink. Lucky one of my nephews wives was not drinking as she driving home with her kids to go to some other gathering so I was able to get a lift. I called in to a neighbour and two of were having a drink but I was ok then and gladto get home to my cats and tv lol. No one pushef alcohol on me so it wasn't too bad. The urge to drink was just in my own head. I'm not dure where i'm going for dinner this year but I will have a plan in place and I will get more AA meetings in over the festive season. I guess it might be a bit easier for me as I live alone and don't have the work party to attend. But it still can be a tough time whatever the circumstances. Ab is a big help for me too.

Evening. Tell me about your day in 60 seconds........I've got the oven timer on.

Mine was spent mostly waiting for public transport and being in very, very hot shops.

We were there last year Satz and I was seriously sick of sausages.. bit disappointed in the food generally, but I suppose Germany is not knows for its cuisine. Had 1 smashing meal, but I think we just ate in the tourist spots, so lots of sausage and chips!
                            Hows the trip going?

60 seconds JC: fed, work, fed, cleaned, fed, taxied, fed. Laptop/phone/telly/ipad time.

I loved that they wore the traditional clothes so much, it wasn't just for tourists, we saw people up mountains or just out shopping in traditional clothes.
