Yup - went for first introductory session today. I picked him up - and he seemed happy enough. A man of few words .......
Managed to drag out that it was good ............... 3.5k - it had better be.
He seems a bit bored - he's just back from a run at 9pm - but that's it I'm afraid until he builds anew life doing new non drink related things.

I feel for Shams -'cos it must be so hard living on your own to do it - huge strength needed. No-one to be accountable to.
