I don't run either, but since I cut back and quit AL, I have lost 18 pounds, so I don't need to worry about getting a bra to keep my man-boobs in check.

Horrific landing on the way back the wind was buffeting the plane all over the shop. I am not scared of flying but this was really scary!!

Here Satz...I've popped in quickly!
On my way home tomorrow. Had a lovely time with Christine, her hubby and my gorgeous girls!
I will be back up here on 4th December. Booked the ticket for Paige to fly back with me on 14th.
Can't wait to have herwith me at the seasie...hope the weather behaves.
Johannesburg is baking in the heat, and no rain for ages. in some ares the water trucks have to bring water, and those poor people queue for hours to get water! Rain is promised for tomorrow...we'll have to wait and see how much.

So pleased to see Starty and Oney had a good time. I'm so sad I missed Oney!
