Thanks Molls - good thoughts, yes.
Coming from a very sociable family, its hard to opt out of some nights, but I faced them all last week (my clan) and no one fainted on the spot when I ordered a 7up! No one cares really, I have to keep focused on that.

Funny, a person who influenced me a lot initially, without knowing it, was one of the mammies I would see a lot from the school. She doesn't drink, life and soul of the party, last to leave - and no one bats an eyelid that shes a teetotaler.
Most of the time, its the idea of peer pressure, rather that the cravings themselves, that puts me on edge - which is a mind set really.

I've got to get Mr JC in the loft (ooh er missus) to get the Christmas stuff out......just to see what I had left over from last year.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Yes the movie was a bit sad i didn't read the book so it was to see it on the screen. two more films i want to see are the lady in the van and Carol. Have seen the trailers and both look. The lady in the van is funny. Oh happy birthday sunny. xx

Mr JC was saying when he had Bess out for a wander there's a load of trees already up.............when they were little my two would have burst by mid December.

Yes that is why we have to 'over act' in the first few situations. To stave off that perception - that we are miserable without alcohol.
