Thanks giving today....What are you thankful for.

Whether you are sober, moding, joining the fight or you are still in the fight but struggling, please share what you are truly thankful for.
    1.... Not hang over.
2.....Not planning on when day 1 will be.
3.....Not obsessing about how I will be hiding my booze, as as I get ready to go spend a couple of days with family.
4....That I have energy to help with the cooking, cleaning.
5....My niece actually gives me a hug...she used to run away from me.
    6....Life is getting manageable.
    7.....God fights my battles.
Its for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm then and DO NOT let yourself be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. Gal 5:1

I'm thankful for being alive and getting a second chance at life.
Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. It's accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...
Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.
Friendship is not about how many friends you have or who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you", and proved it.

I'm thankful for all of my senses, so I can experience this world to the fullest.
