Yes Sweetie it is so important I think to keep up with our sober friends as it is so easy to get lost in life and start to feel that drinking is the norm and we are missing out without it! Mahoosive mistake for me

Yes, good point Starty - cos you do get caught up in the wave of 'fun' when all you have are friends that drink. That's why my previous attempts were futile, until I found yiz!

Molly, I doubt you have super fast fiber broadband either if your up the road the sticks we live in.. What we have is grand, but nothing like what we could have. I keep reading the government stats about everyone BB reaching ALL houses by 2020 - hahaha..

Although some might find that they do not want to dwell on the past keeping it real and growing (as we do here) is so very important. It is not just a whole load of war stories but more of a club that we are in with the same interests and that is healthy IMO

Morning army wet start here but feels mild. I adopted two lovely fluffy tabby cats last night called Pebbles and Kitsen. Their owners couldn't keep them because their new land lord wouldn't allow any pets. emotional for them but they are doing well but very timid. Hiding under the sofa and haven't come out since they arrived, well one came out briefly last night as far as the back door but scurried back in and i heard moving out last night as their toys were rattling. Seems it may take time for them to settle and they are not distressed and my cats arn't bothering just sniffing so fingers crossed all will go well. I have their food and toys beside the sofa. Was so glad to help as they are very close and needed rehoming together. 4 moggies here now and thats the limit lol.

That is amazing Foxy. I love to hear of animals that are rescued. I do hope they settle soon and am sure they will with your care. Well done on helping them

We recently adopted a kitten too, we suspect she was just throw from a car, the noise of her crying when we came home. Tiny little thing, the girls are mad about it of course.

I hear you Satz, I am drowning, had 2 days off last week (procedure with sedation) and can not catch up. Everyone is a squeaky wheel.

Is it bonkers there or terribly boring - dont know which is worse though!
