Hi All, as some of you might know, I am 12 weeks pregnant. Tomorrow at 12 o'clock I am having a Nucal scan at hospital. This tests for chromosonal defects, eg downs syndrome. I am terrified and just feel so negative about it. Would you mind sending me some luck over the internet? I would be so grateful. I don't know why, but I am just not convinced that everything is okay. I have been waiting patiently 5 weeks for this scan and it is so important. I think because i am nearly 39yrs (old mother!)....... and I'm still on the anti-depressants....... and I drank way too much before i found out...... and I was told a few months back after blood tests that I was going into menapause........!!!!!! It all just feels wrong and I cant accept that this will go well for me.

Anyway, sorry for being soo negative, i know I should be ecstatic and I will be if this scan is normal. So please wish me well and I will report back to you later tomorrow with my results. Love, Bella xxxx
