DID IT!!!!............been to shop..........came home with sparkling water and diet irn bru for tonight`s beverages. I went to my local shop, which does a lovely btl. of wine, but stayed out of the alcohol section.

Am not going to lie about it. I found it a real struggle not to buy any. Am craving big-time at mo., but am home for the evening with no wine in the house. Cravings aside, I feel happy that this is definitely going to be my 1st AF night.

Starlight congrats- your goal sounds attainable- it's gonna be hard- I did that strategy for a while and did quite well- it was only when I drank 4-5 days in a row that I felt back to square one and terrible things happened. I hope the mods works for you. Good luck hon! :h
