Thanks to all of you for being right here right now, at the true start of my journey.Really feel I`m not alone now, and that I got my M.W.O. friends with me every baby step of the way.

Rottrod, mags, irn bru is a flavoured carbonated drink, produced in Scotland. I prefer the `fat` version, which is really nice, but seeing as how I am set to lose the excess flab, which the wine very kindly(lol) bestowed on me, I`ve opted for `diet` irn bru.

Am feeling happy, despite the fact that a glass of wine would be ever so lovely!!!!(LOL)

Star, I'll do it with you, now that I have my tests in, and all is well, and my mare is home from the horsey hospital, and doing better, I feel like I can breathe and go back to AF, have been mod's really well, just 1-2 glasses of wine per day, but really want to do AF for the week also....do you have L-glut, etc? We'll tough it out together! I have to go to the grocery also, so I'll see you sitting on my shoulder, saying...."no, no, no wine aisle!"...."danger Will Robinson".....lol

Hi star weel done...look on Thead "a new goal" by janice sounds like she is doing a goal of no weekday drinking as well/ i also have managed 2 weeks of no booze monday to friday inclusive as my goal.

Maybe you can come on boar with janice and myself to encourage each other no weekday drinking this week?

I made it!!!

I made it!!!! Is almost time for bed, which means I have notched up my first AF night. Was really hard going though, but am going to bed knowing that I can be bigger than the wine, when I really put my mind to it.
