Best Christmas present we can give ourselves.
We've got one do......next Thursday. Its not quite a do.......its my godson's band playing a gig. Got their first album out and doing the rounds of smaller venues.
Very loud, very raw and just the sound I like.It could be worse, I could be filing.

Evening army just a late check in before bed. went to an AA meeting this evening so got back about 10.30. Very cold out there. Had a slice of Tesco's chocolate yule tide which was yummy and i couldn't resist while shopping there this afternoon. Keep saying no more cakes chocolate, fruit only but it doesn't last but its better the odd sweet treat than picking up the first drink which will not one or two and could end up a full blown bender and relapse. I need more exercise anyways nite to you all.Comment

Morning lovelies. So glad we have reached the end of this week. Very tough with chest infection but feeling better than the beginning. Looking forward to 3 days off chilling and perhaps putting the tree up

Rotten week Starty, did you work all week? I only have a head cold, hopefully it will stay that way, but I was just thinking, apart from the snotty nose, it feels like Ive a bad hangover all week, dry mouth, headache, generally heavy.. its serving as a reminder if anything else!
