Jude, that seems extremely high for one tooth. Cyrus has bad gums and has already had to have his teeth cleaned and 4 pulled. It was 1,100. Maybe you should come out west with kitty! Have you heard of care credit? It might take the sting out a little. It's an interest free credit card for things just like this. www.carecredit.com

Waves to all! I see window washing in my future. I'll take another day of freedom!

That was not too bad of a bill Jude, hopefully the tooth won't need to be pulled.

The pork was fantastic Rava, wish I could share it with y'all.

I'm sure the summers are hotter and the winters are colder dill, or maybe it's just because I'm getting older lol. It's definitely dry up here as well, we need a lot of snow this winter to fill up the lakes and sloughs. Just waiting for Adam to text to say he's on his way then I'll start getting my things ready so we can head out once he gets here.

Good morning Cafe. Jude, 200 is not too bad for 2 cats. Now the possibility of a pulled tooth is very high. Hope it never comes to that. Dill we are having a drought at the tiny home too. I hope it rains soon. I see there are all kinds of burn bans going on. Cowboy, I can smell those pork tenderloins!!! YUM. Hope everyone has a great and sober day. 24 more please and thank you.

Cowboy, you live in a beautiful part of this world, but I feel it would be a bit too cold for me! I suppose when you are born and raised in a colder climate it is easier to manage. Ohio's winters are cold enough for me. I do hope that the precipitation picks up for our area. Nearly the whole state is dealing with dry/drought conditions. I believe the country on the whole is dry. Have a great time with Adam!

Wow, Jude! you got off fairly light, but I sure do hope your kitty will not need the tooth pulled. That's a lot of $$$!

Waves to Rava, Ginger and Mul!

We have no plans for the weekend which is just the way we like it. Peaceful and alcohol free. 24 for all of us here, please and thank you,

I got out of the vet's office with a $200 price tag, which is less than I thought it would be. During the exam the Dr. noticed that one of the cats had broken one of her canine teeth. If it starts to bother her she will need to have it pulled. I was informed that the cost would be $1200 buckaroos. Ouch! When I was working as a vet tech we would probably have charged around $300. My, how time has changed...

Waves to all, and I'm looking forward to another 24 hours of freedom for all of us!

Exercising the knee is probably a good idea Ginger, just don't get into anything too strenuous as to lose what you've gained do far.

I had a chuckle Rava when you said you were getting your a/c serviced, I've been doing a few furnace servicings for my customers lol.

Good luck with the cats at the vet's Jude, don't imagine it will be cheap.

We've had quite a few mornings with heavy frost dill, at least the daytime temps are above freezing still. As a matter of fact today is going to be so nice that I'm going to do pork tenderloins on the smoker tonight.

Don't think Adam or I will be desperate to fill our tags as both of us still have well stocked freezers, but we won't pass up a good sized buck either haha.

Cowboy, I hope you and Adam have a successful trip. I know you will enjoy your time together no matter how it turns out though!

Jude, get ready for a lighter wallet before the day is out!

It got down to 31F last night so I'm looking out the window at a really heavy frost... Winter is coming.

Waves to the Snowbirds, Ginger and Rava.

    Mul, hope you are well.

24 more for all of us here, please and thank you.

Good morning Cafe. Jude, I can only imagine about that vet bill. My rough guess would be 300 for the pair and that might be a low guess! No plans for today other than the gym. Hope everyone has a great and sober day. 24 more please and thank you.

It's chilly this morning with a bit of rain, but I can't complain as its been a fantastic Fall with lots of sun and warm temps. I have to bring 2 of my cats to the vets this morning for their annual vaccines. Can't wait to see that bill! Busy day ahead so there will be no time for alcohol.

24 more for all of us please...

Hi Cafe. Late check in today. We had the Air conditioner guy come service our unit today so that messed up my morning routine. Hope everyone is having a great day. 24 more please and thank you!

Enjoy your son time, ABC. I know that's the best part of hunting for you.

I'm going to check out an exercise class today. I hate to lose ground with this knee and it's not ready for hiking. Soon, I hope!

    Hi Mul!

    I'll take another day
