Late check in for me too. I like the quote too Cowboy. That “perfect buzz” went from elusive to impossible. Ugh...why did it take so long to embrace “the difference” like Jude says. I knew it existed with every hangover, and every spec of guilt, shame, etc. Don’t miss those days. Don’t ever want, nor need, to do that again. I am grateful for today’s sobriety and will gladly take 24 more.Mary Lou
