This Club means so much to me. Even before my last Day 1, I tried to pledge every morning to stay AF for the next 24 hours. There were a couple of times that I wasn't successful, but it didn't stop me from making my daily pledge. I've been blessed that for over the past 2 years, the good Lord has been generous enough to give me the strength to get through each day and for that I am thankful. This thread is like home to me, and it's where I belong..
Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. It's accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...
Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.
Friendship is not about how many friends you have or who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you", and proved it.Comment

Have always loved this prayer and found it very helpful with many life circumstances. My youngest daughter a few yrs back gave me a beautiful stand up cross with serenity prayer.
