Nice that some folks are enjoying nice fall weather. Winter arrived overnight and by Monday we could see a whole bunch of snow. Oh well, it was bound to happen.

I came across this photo of a kookaburra I took on a trip to Australia. For those who haven’t been down under, it is an amazing place to visit. Hey, maybe we should all meet at G’man’s beach house for a party!

Jude, I never get tired of waking up without a hangover. Isn’t it great? Just one of the many benefits of not drinking.

I think we should have two trips Mr V! We can have the mask burning get together here and see Oz, once Covid has been tamed. I Skyped with my son in Australia last evening and the 6 week long lockdown restrictions have largely been lifted as a result of 9 days with no new cases of Covid or deaths from it.

And peace to all indeed. So nice there has been a winner declared in the US election. Let the healing begin.

After temps of 26C last Monday, we’re in the midst of a blizzard, -11C with a -20C windchill and winds gusting to 90km/hr. A good day to stay inside and, as always, a good day not to drink.
