Good morning again. Ginger, the reason for this is that two sets of parents. One is my daughter and one is Mr R.s son so they were not raised the same. I wanted to jump on to share this note I saw online today. Don’t know who needs to hear it but we might know someone in this situation. I will never think of batteries the same. You do not have permission to view this gallery.

Rava, sorry for the loss of Mr R's friend. Interesting how the two set of grands behave so differently. Enjoy the time!
Jude, it may be the cutting and pasting. Do you use an iPad or Apple product when posting? IOS is their operating system and may also be an issue with their special characters.
Off to exercise. Waves to all. I'll take another day!

I had a look at the Wolf Cabin as well dill, would be a cool way to spend a day/evening. I admit though that I thought the same thing Jude did lol.
Sorry to hear about Mr R's friend Rava, it's nice that you'll be able to attend though.
Thanks for getting the info on Jude's issue Ginger, maybe it'll help clear up the problem.

Good morning Cafe. I forgot to post yesterday as my grandson hoards my ipad when he is with me. He likes to color on it and I completely forgot to post. This set of grands are fun to watch because they both get alone beautifully and it makes life much easier. The other set fight and beat on each other constantly which makes me not be able to relax. Today we are headed north to a viewing for Mr. Rs friend and tomorrow is the funeral. Not a good way to spend New Year’s Eve but we are thankful that we are able to attend vs being far away in Florida. Hope everyone has a wonderful day. No booze for me. 24 more please and thank you.

Dill, staying in a cabin overnight and observing wolves outside the door would be an amazing experience; let's hope that the cabin has indoor plumbing!
Here's to 24 hours of freedom...

Ha ha ha! Jude you gave me a good chuckle! You and I love our nature sounds in the stillness of the night and in the morning over our coffee, but I think I prefer them to be at a safe distance....not a step away!
24 more for all of us here, please and thank you.

Thanks for the link Ginger! It looks like Greek to me, but I did notice that it mentioned something about copying which I always do, then paste it in case I lose a post. We'll see what happens if I stop doing that.

Jude, this is from tech support. Can you answer the questions?
Please see below from our tech guy.....
As for the truncated posts, is it possible to get the entire content of the original post? There might be some special characters after the "-4" that are causing the rest of the content to go away.
And is the user using an iOS device? I suspect this might be the issue:
There is a known issue on iOS devices where Smart Quotes or Smart Punctuations (curly single and double quotes, en and em dashes, and ellipses) in posts causes an
Can you let me have your thoughts.

Dill, I saw that video and I immediately thought it was fake. The internet has made me a skeptic! Now I must go look that place up. I'd love to see that in person.
Another quiet day around here. Ill take it AND another day of freedom to go with it!

I'm going to have a look at that place dill, sounds pretty interesting!
Hope those grandkids didn't wear you down too much trying to keep up with them Rava haha
We've been getting a bit of snow for the last few days, the leaf blower has been able to handle it until yesterday, the snow shovel had to come out lol.

Rain here too, Jude. Pretty much all day. We have yet to see any snow on the ground but I'm sure it's right around the corner for us.
I came across some incredible video of wolves surrounding a cabin. It was on Twitter and the cabin was in Parc Omega, in Canada. It is an animal preserve with special cabins where you can observe the wolves all night long just outside your door! It was amazing. I actually think I'd be afraid to stay there, LOL! But the wolves in the video were awesome.

Good morning cafe!
We're supposed to have buckets of rain today which will probably melt most of the snow that's on the ground, but at least we had a white Christmas.
Hope that everyone has a fantastic and sober day.
24 more please...
