Sazt - Just wanted to tell you that you and your young Satz have been in my thoughts. It hurts so much to have our kids going thru this. My son will be going to jail on Jan 6 for 120 days. Breaks my heart but it could have been so much worse. Glad young Satz it's getting what he needs. :hug:

Then the drink talk - he doesn't even drink in the house .................. it' for the visitors (?) - he goes racing from 26th onwards .... I'm anti-social ...........so who will visit ??????????

My zen like mood is also being disrupted by mrM's plan to make tapas on xmas day, because we don't have enough food already!!. His cooking style is.. chaotic.
But you win the zen distruption game, hide the booze, not fair to have it around young Satz, he's already struggling.

Afternoon army just staying home and trying to catch up on some cleaning. Booze always a problem but more so at xmas. I'm ok as i live alone and don't have to buy any but at my sister's there will be lots. I'm still on antibuse and don't want to drink anyway but its just the little temptation the voice or whatever that will tell me it would be lovely to have a glasses being xmas day but thats all it is just the alcoholic head talking. There will also be plenty of soft drinks or i can bring Amoy or similar fruity fizzy drink that i like now and then. I hope young Satz gets through it ok. not long awake from a nana nap as i was up at 6am so i better get something done.

Had an old friend popped round with a Christmas card today............she's become a a granny twice over...........the newest last week.........unfortunately 11 weeks early but he was 3lbs plus and holding his own and doing very, very well.

Evening army very quiet tonight. Nora sorry to hear about son also. Its not easy. I got a present of a tin of heros and a small box chocolate brazil nuts and i have open both. Started on the heros on sunday and now the chocolate brazils watching a film. What kind of a blob i will by the this season is over but my addiction after wine which have to be tackled once xmas is out. Hopefully get more walking or some exercise in daily. Any body else on the chocs yet?
