thanks NS. i think im too scared to anyway. trying to banish dark thoughts. trying not to think further than the end of my nose. will probably walk dog, that does tend to help. weather is grotty which wont.

Hope you are all enjoying.....I'm so happy to have made it through today, despite a niggling feeling of deprivation when everyone else was enjoying champers. But happy that I was not
a)behaving irrationally,
b) smelling of alcohol
c) looking like rudolph

Also pleased with the knowledge that it was perfectly ok to drive home.
Alarmed at the many crazy drivers on the roads.
