Morning army i had a great night at the AA party my first ever news that i was out and sober. You wouldn't you were at a sober party to see everyone up dancing and having a ball. got home at nearly 2am and after 3 getting to bed so tired now and chilling for the dasy. Oh and its lashing rain again.Comment

A bit anxious and shy but i know most of the people from the meetings and fb so i got through it ok and was easier as the night went on. Its learning a new way to live and not easy to socialise sober but can't stay home all the time have to start living or boredom lonilness sets and could lead toi relapse and depression. So easy does it and one step at a time.Comment

Evening. I have now used up everything Christmas related in my fridge.. It's totally empty at last.
Think I'm going to focus on decluttering this year. Married to a hoarder, it's difficult! Started today, but ran out of steam.. Could do with some energy vitimins., B is it?
