[QUOTE=mollyka;1654178]oh christ no -- he came on family days once a week and got partner counselling and then he was able to go to aftercare for 2 years after as a 'concerned person' -- and it helped him a lot --
combination of things i think -- his business partner retired a while back so he's running the business on his own and he really doesn't have people skills the other fella had -- think he's really struggling - and with the hours -- horrendous -- and he thought the shop would sell in jig time -- and it ain't -- he's also got no ongoing support -- NOT for alcohol but you DO have to change your mindset if you are going to live without the 'support' of alcohol -- he's not great at that either anymore -- aftercare helped with that.. he's just all at sea really -- and having two of the kids still at home he's finding hard -- and I THINK -- not sure but I think there's rumblings from the older boys and him bout something to do with my daughter.... just can't decide whether to nip it in the bud or to let it reach crisis point and they can all sort it out themselves --- at the 'crisis point' option at the moment -- I've done nothin and they are all adults...

Hello Friends,
I'm with you Starty. I too need to nip this sugar thing in the bud! If I start a bar of choccy, I don't stop till its finished...almost fees as though I have to detoc from Sugar!!!
Strangely, I was never a sugar fan before...would far rather have savoury...now all that has changed. After a spinal fusion earlier this year it is NOT good for me to put on weight.
I need to get rid of the sugar...and fast! Need to start drinking water again...lucky to have a water purifier...our water is toxic with Chlorine.
Oh dear, I would really appreciate any help my MWO friends could give me from your vast data base of "walk the talk" suggestions.“It always seems impossible until it's done”
