I believe we were built to eat meat - however :
I do not agree with the way some animals are treated - but I think in Ireland anyway we are lucky. Cattle / sheep overall are treated well - grass fed and allowed to roam.
My BIL has beef cattle and almost cries if anything happens to any of them.
I won't talk about chickens......it sickens me - those chicken farms & I try to buy free range only.

Now then, Jeff, I have more than 6 years ...........sometimes hard sometimes not so bad and even good..... sobriety............ and I would no more jump on whatever they call your website claiming to be an expert than fly to the moon. MWO is a community............not a very big one but nevertheless a community...........in our community we have people with lots of sobriety and some with not so much.............but we learn something from each other through our joint experiences and one of them is humility. For sure join and share your past and present experiences but something about this makes me feel very uneasy.

just can't imagine doing the healthy eating just yet -- it's not speaking to me haha!! i loved when i had babies in buggies used to walk miles and miles every day - they loved it and so did i -- i do miss that -- reckon a dog would fill the gap.. not a notion of that either tho -- 'nuff probs!!!

Me neither. I just know that my cravings are probably now related to diet ?? They must be OR because I have been off the pills 3 months (bar that toothache week) and always felt shakey with the threes. Three weeks, 3 months, 6 months etc
