I think/hope that TJAF was making a joke about the TMI. We're always joking around here."Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me.".....Carol Burnett

Looking at a low cost security cam. We had to leave Mom alone for a few hours today. That makes me nervous. Hubby & Son are getting their suits today. So, we got Mom up with her tea and toast. Got her settled with her Kindle. I'll go home at lunch and check on her and fix her lunch. This will rarely come up but it would make me feel better to be able to monitor her.
HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me.".....Carol Burnett

How do I do hair if people give me anxiety?anyways she got out at 9 and is home hopefully resting, I'm just gonna laze around which I hate cuz I did too much of that while sick but whatevs, hope everyone is enjoying their FridayI have too much shit to do today and tomorrow to drink:sohappy:

Techie has the shits?:happy2:
I am working from home and getting a lot done.
The property that I just took over is going under a contract for sale on Monday and I am thrilled. the potential new owners have a boatload of money of money and want to invest more in Jacksonville. And, they were very impressed with us and want to use us and buy more properties. Prayer for success!!
Pauly, I am glad you are felling better.
Good luck with the therapy Lizz. I would love to learn some tricks about how to keep a marriage alive. Hubs and I will be married 25 years in June.
Nora - I think a camera is a good idea. When is the wedding again.
Lots and lots of love and hugs to you Skwerly. You have so much on your plate right now.I love my family more than alcohol.:h

You guys are just too funny!
Pauly, I totally get the anxiety thing. I can't do crowds well either. Hope Kelli's feeling better. How often does she need to get these shots?
Nora, I think the camera is a great idea! A friend of ours did that for his mom and it worked well for them. She passed away about a year and half ago. Now they use it to keep tabs on their dog.
Fen, I don't do early mornings well either. What time do you have to be at work? I start 6:30 on Fridays
Mama, that is so exciting! You go girl!
The marriage seminar went well. Tonight was basically how to fight/argue constructively. We have another homework assignment. One more week. There's lots of nice couples there and it's lots of fun.

Liz - that marriage seminar sounds really good. I think it's great that you went ahead and tried it even though you weren't excited about it at first. So glad to hear that someone else used a camera for his mom. We certainly don't plan on leaving her alone but if something came up, we would already have it in place. Hubby can even use it when he is outside in the yard or in the garage.
Pauly - I know how you feel about being in a packed room like that. I've had to get up and walk out of the room before. I hope you got some rest.
Mama - you are doing so awesome in your job. You are amazing!!!!!!!
Well - just got told that hubby is ready for bed and I'm sitting on it. LOL So, I'll catch you all tomorrow."Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me.".....Carol Burnett

Liz, same here...6:30 on the weekends.
Pauly, I sent you a pm to respond to so I can get your info.
Nora, I feel you about leaving your mom alone. One of our dementia peeps nearly made it through the security doors yesterday. I heard she made it nearly out the front door a while back! She wouldn't have had a clue if she made it outside, their judgment is gone and they walk into traffic, etc.

That's so scary fen! One of my parents neighbors had dementia. She somehow managed to get out of the house unbeknownst to her aid. My dad saw her and went out a followed her. She was frightened when he approached her, but he managed to calm her and bring her back home! It happens. We have had "silver" alerts at the hospital too. That's when a senior goes missing. We had a nasty gentleman patient yesterday with dementia. Now that's scary. Do you have any mean dementia patients? That's a wholenother story.

Mama, I wish I could move mom in where I'm working...but this place is for rich people. So sad, as this place clearly needs some help, which I will hopefully be providing once I am through with my probationary period.
Today was such a disappointment, cleanliness wise.
