Morning army oh poor Moll i hope ur ok at work not sure if something like motillium wud with the throwing up. i hate those type of bugs tho the last time i was like that it hangover related and last ed a day. Al poisoning no doubt never want to get hungover like that again. Anyways woke R u ok Satz?

Evening all and thanks Molly for alerting me as i didn't notice the pm which is not like me lol. Yes Sunday week is good for me. Just remind of the time and the hotel again as there was a few pms from some of you there so i'm not quite clear but i'll keep it free and would to meet up with you all. I'm going to the cinema tonight in IMC Dun Laoghaire to see Room. I read the book and the trailer looks good. Its up for a few awards. Ok off to get ready so catch you all later or in the morning have a good evening. x

Just popped into say nighty night myself...........read the review of Room.........looks like an excellent film.........unfortunately/fortunately I'm not sure which I'm still locked in a Disney phase...........if I don't hear 'Let it go' at least once a day I go into decline.

Foxy, delighted you are going to join us next sunday! Very excited now!

I had such a mental day yesterday, had to travel to Stoke and Macclesfield in a day (approx 300 miles I think) and have 2 meetings while working all the way up and all the way back in the car. Today I have gone out the door for a run. I cannot believe this because before, I would have been dead on my feet after a normal week, let alone after a day like yesterday. No one is more surprised than me and I can only attribute it to clean living and clean eating. Amazing

Molls, how are you feeling? Has the chunderbug left the building? I do hope so

Full moons do have an effect on loads of folk. I notice if I am working and around a full moon the customers do get very excitable which is not fun !!

Might start doing a smoothy in the morning, what do you put into your kale one.
Diet is reasonably clean, but probably have too much dairy and meat.
By Thursday eve I am always cranky and worn out!
