    Morning all,

    I hope your all well.

I too dread a full moon, I work with the homeless and people with mental health problems. And it is always so much more of a challange when there is a full moon. Even our local police swear that it all goes super crazy on a full moon!

Might start doing a smoothy in the morning, what do you put into your kale one.
Diet is reasonably clean, but probably have too much dairy and meat.
By Thursday eve I am always cranky and worn out!

They both posted on MY SPECIAL thread! Tabbers last night and Rox o. Thursday. :happy2:

Oh good, at least they are still around!!

I put almond milk, 2 or 3 pieces of fruit a handful of spinach and some All One powder which I swear helps me. I learned about it on this site years ago and have to order from the states but it really does make a difference to me. Then wiz it all up in a blender. I also add a scoop of juice plus powder and take a handful of various vits

Hi Autumn. Good to see you!

You work with homeless? I do admire you, I worked in an addiction centre for a while and for the charity Mind. I couldnt really cope though. I would love to hear more about your job

Hard but rewarding? I'm at the volunteer place today so I'll keep a beady eye on the clientèle.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Starty, you should try being in charge of a hospital at night and trying to cope with casualty at full moon! Crazy!!!:cuss:

Yes JC ...ask him...it should be intersting. Mine was a huge General Hospital...but we got many, many psychiatric admissions as well. The general public can go just as odd at full moon...certainly more alcohol and drug related accidents, and also attempted suicides.
