Army meet up week !!!25th Jan

Good morning lovelies, my head must be better or I am getting into the swing of the new thread day.

Been for lovely walks with the doggers and also for my first running session of the week. Personal trainer tonight....is this really me???

Three day week for me so very much looking forward to relaxation and meeting up with some lovely ladies on Sunday !!

I cannot really cannot believe the difference. Pre Christmas I was waking full of dread and desperate to just get through.

afternoon army only woke up at 10 as i was up late listening to music on utube and spotify i had my head pones so not to disturb neighbours. Meeting a friend for coffee at 2pm and then off to the library as my books dvds and cds are due back today. My energy levels have been bad for most of the month but feeling a bit more energy the last 2 days. Its another nice fresh day here bit brighter windy and mild. That might buck me up lol and force to do more some proper exercise. Well done Starty i fel like a lazy cow lol. Looking forward to seeing you all Sunday. What hotel are you staying at Starty?

hiya folks..just a quick jump in to see how the barmy army is doing....jist had my haggis tatties and neeps..only it wisnae neeps I had ..it was tumshie...also some made fi girder juice.....no falling down juice!!

as for the slow cooker ..they are great molls...Ive got a slow cooker...she is very good!!!!
