If I roast a chicken yesterday, use leftover meat for a pie today can I reheat/use the leftover pie again?! Tried google and it's as clear as mud!
Bake the pie in the preheated oven for about 25-35 minutes. The top should be nicely browned and the filling piping hot. Remove, allow to cool slightly and serve. It could be worse, I could be filing.

what I mean is, after I cook this pie tonight there will be some left over. Would it be ok for me to then use that leftover tomorrow? That would mean the chicken would be cooked once but re-heated twice, I think! Feckin confused or wha?! Google tells me should only cook twice! Don't wanna waste the grub and it'll be handy for work, know what I mean?!
How are you btw?

I've known Mr JC do that but he's got a cast iron stomach..........but there again if its heated through properly can't see there being a problem as long as its not left out all night with the cat sitting on it.

I'm so-so Jacks, thanks for asking x
Dunno whether I'm a tad depressed or if it's just the winter and work pressures getting to me, will hafta keep an eye.
My two friends just called, they've booked date for their civil ceremony, October. Guess who's gonna be bridesmaid?!
