Ahh its dry but blowy here. I have to keep it up if I want to run the 5k in Geneva in May also I had a body scan thing yesterday and apparently I need to shed 12 pounds So there is motive in my madness

Vanity I know, but physically looking better after a while off the booze was a great boost for me. My face is not bloated anymore and my eyes look normal!

Well I am off today but still up at stupid o'clock. Had the stressiest day evah yesterday and it was not fun. On the plus side I saw my doc about ADs. He is letting me control my withdrawal and is not forcing me to do anything. So I will see him again in 2 months, if I am still stable, we will reduce the dose a bit for another few months and take it like that. No pressure which is lovely.
