i did a half leg of lamb with spuds and root veg in it -- sauce was balsamic, mint, tomato puree, garlic and more bits and pieces -- it was just gorgeous -- how's you Mick?

Thats sounds delicious Molly!!
I used mine today too, fillets of pork in teriyaki, honey and lime, I did the rice and veg on the hob.
I end up doing the same things all the time now with a little deviation here and there, so I expect great inspiration for 6 months at AT LEAST Molly :welldone:

The teriyaki honey thingy sounds to die for! Deffo goin to try a good curry next proper like but I was so pleased head and shoulders over the old ones -anyone watch making a murderer?

Up to episode 7, then I got annoyed with it and went back to my make believe.

oooh eeerr --- they're very polite lookin - I'll go rent a hat ;-) think it's Sunny doing the interview --- no tips here tho -- I've only ever done two interviews in my life - I've only ever had two jobs -- both interviews at the time I deemed a complete disaster one in fact the panel dissolved into laughin.... think they may have taken me on out of sympathy so no --- go your own way Sunny haha

Id say Ive had 25 jobs!
Although I have had long stints in jobs (current is 15 years) - but lots of student, travelling jobs.

Wouldnt fancy doing an interview now, in my industry, even the office speak needs a degree of its own - Going forward, lets wrap ourselves around that issue and pre plan getting those duck in a line because we dont want to let the grass grow too long on this one, grab the low hanging fruit people, we are looking at the helicopter view..
