Got to sleep at 6am as Bess was a poorly pup during the night. Thought I'd get some kip on the settee but she was in and out of the garden every 20mins. She's fine now.

Morning. Checking in from the loo in work! Feeling that stress Starty, driving me nuts. I don't mind waves of panic/deadlines, it gets the adrenaline going but when it never lets up, it's not good.

Great Molly re the knitting! I've always had this notion of designing knitware, maybe some day!! Years since I knit - hard to find modern/ edgy patterns.

I have literally been on the go since 6.30am this morning.
Gym then home and Mr S wanted to walk - so another 1.5 hours.
Then a trip to f*cking Tesco - I'm fit to drop. Not bad for a lazy cow.

Just sitting now and it's bliss
At least it stopped me picking at food .................

Evening army was at Tesco earlier and got caught in the rain. Wasn't too long waiting for a bus so home and dry over an hour and having a coffee. Oh you're off to Portugal Molly? nice change of scenery for a few days its a country i have yet to visit. I'm off to Dingle Co. Kerry for 4 days at the end of March. Lovely little town and beautiful local scenery.
