Night love. So glad to have you home.
Was going to watch the new X-Files but I need something easy like Tom & Jerry.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

That's the one..........always do..........something about when he meets his father really gets the tear ducts working overtime.

        Edit: Must say nighty night.

                Good morning troopers.

Welcome Rusty and Pauly good to see you here !!

Welcome back Molls, sounds like you had a fab relaxing time?

Foxy delighted that was af beer and not the devils fluid in that glass Sorry that you have hurt yourself that sounds really painful. Be careful with those painkillers though !!

I am girding my loins for another mental day in the workhouse. I think there may be a promotion in the pipeline for me so with a bit of luck that will mean a pay rise which would be very very welcome right now Fingers crossed everyone please

Went to my personal trainer last night, he introduced us to something called tabata training which to the layman means "be prepared to die painfully" cannot believe I got through it, was gasping like a fish out of water. Does he not realise I am an old girl who is not that fit?? :haha: anyway it was good once it was over !

Mother had the Botox treatment to the bladder in hospital 2 weeks ago and now she is up peeing 20 times a night instead of 10 -FFS!!
She is not eating and exhausted. Not herself.

Off to rip the head off her own doctor.
She went to see him on her own last week and he left her sitting for 2 hours . She is 86.

                      Edit : moan over

Morning army i never heard of that training Starty it does sound tough. Just wondering is it expensive to hire a personal trainer. Do you pay monthly? Mary and Starty you have cleaners very posh lol. Back in the 80's early 90's when jobs were scarce here i used to cleaning work for clients i got work tru agengies or putting my own ads up in shop windows. I didn't like the work as its tiring and boring but a job.
I worked for some nice and not so nice people.

Ah no, thats just awful for her.. More stress you could do without. She lives on her own Satz? Is she far from you?
Heard an interview yesterday morning for an interesting book Daughter Mother Me - sounded like a good book.

                              .
Yes she has lived alone for 25 years. We became used to her being independent & always on the go.
She's in Cabra Mers - about 20 mins drive through the park.
It's almost like my 'holiday' from work was for a reason ................ to re-connect with family
If I was working I would not have the time to get so involved
