Good morning peeps

What a beautiful one it is too. Just been for my walk with the doggers and run with me headphones. Looking forward to a busy week.

Just into my 7th week here and still learning how to live again. Not having pangs to use or drink but need to keep moving forwards. Its so easy to get into a rut isn't it?

Ha ha yes I saw and agreed 100% Dunno why people feel the need to drive a wedge. The value of a forum is to have all different threads and points of view surely?

Had to save myself from getting into the rut of hiding away, becoming whats called a "dry drunk". It does take some effort though! Your'e doing so well Starty.

Well we've got to mid February without it be bitter cold so I should have my gratitude hat on but I couldn't find my bed socks last night so I'm a tad grumpy.

Morning army nice one here cold but dry and sunny. Yep i struggle a bit with getting in to a rut and the cold wet days don't help. i try and i work on it. got bad news last week. My sister who beat liver cancer a few years back has been diagnosed with overian cancer. she has to have chemo and the dr ttold her to cut her hair short and buy a wig as the chemo will cause hair loss. its a worry for the family as she's only mid 60's and works part time. Praying for her to tru it and for to beat the big C again. Going to call to her today and then the library after i have books and dvds due back.

I must say, I don't know what got into ABCCowboy because he always presented himself as such a nice and SINCERE person. When I was reading his post I wondered why he seemed so frustrated and angry, and why would a person want to put a wedge between two threads. Seems so schoolgirlish to me! Oh well...his plan didn't work. Right is might.

Glitzy-SO sorry to hear about your sister. How sad. She's lucky to have a kind and sober sister like you.
